Structured communications and change management programs, delivered with insight from more than 20 years’ experience across media, finance and government.

I work with organisations to help their people and customers understand complicated things, adopt new behaviours, and adapt to change.

I began my career as a print journalist and left the media industry in 2009, just as it was being disrupted by digital. Excited by the power of the brave new online world for storytelling, I began contracting to different government agencies and large corporates, bringing my skills in digital media to roles in corporate communications.

In 2018, I formalised my experience delivering communications and learning programs in project environments with an internationally-recognised change management certification. I’ve supported or led change management programs for organisations ranging from 400 to 60,000 people, with on and offshore teams.

I have particular experience in communications and change programs that impact customer-facing teams and vulnerable communities from placements on Banking Code of Practice reform, and at the Royal Commission into Institutional Responses to Child Sexual Abuse, and Family and Community Services (FACS).   

I’m a people person. I take a human-centred design approach to workshop and learning facilitation. You might catch me citing my fascination with human behaviour as an excuse to binge watch the Real Housewives.

I’m completing further studies in Sustainability & Climate Policy through Curtin University.
