I have led and supported enterprise change programs for organisations ranging from 400 to 60,000 people, including distributed and offshore teams. I also brings specialist experience in programs that affect customer-facing teams and vulnerable communities, with past roles in the Banking Code of Practice reform, the Royal Commission into Institutional Responses to Child Sexual Abuse, and Family and Community Services (FACS). I have worked with companies across minerals and mining, biotech, and racing and gaming and to define material risks and report to global disclosure standards.
